Werkzaamheden
 •  Voorbereiden en bereiden van gerechten
 • Kennis en toepassing van basis kooktechnieken
 • Ondersteunen tijdens drukke momenten in de keuken
 • Samenwerken met collega’s in de keuken

Competenties
 • MBO niveau 3 werk- en denkniveau (of vergelijkbaar)
 • Beheersing van de vaktechnische kennis en vaardigheden
 • Zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk kunnen werken, maar onder een vakinhoudelijk leidinggevende

Ervaring met Aziatische keuken is een pré, maar geen vereiste.

 Independent Working Chef I

We are a restaurant in Amsterdam and are looking for an independent working chef to strengthen our kitchen team.

Tasks
• Preparing and cooking dishes
​• Knowledge and application of basic cooking techniques
• Supporting during busy moments in the kitchen
• Working together with colleagues in the kitchen

Competencies
• MBO level 3 working and thinking level (or equivalent)
• Proven professional knowledge and cooking skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly, but under the supervision of a professional supervisor

• Salary as of 01-01-2026: €2,505.04 – €3,032.79 gross per month

Experience with Asian cuisine is a plus, but not a requirement.

An internal training program of 3–6 months can be offered.
